Edit: I had one line wrong, which is fixed now. A sentence on page 14-15 seemed like one sentence and it was actually two, which changes the meaning. All the links are updated.

“Don’t lay a hand on Komatsu”? What is the point of curing him after he killed the other ones?
I think there’s a miss-translation. Other scanlators have it differently and makes more sense.
So it should have been “Please do something for Komatsu and don’t lay a hand on them (Neo).”
Them being Neo as in the next panel they question if Toriko really means to take them on by himself.
