3-Gatsu no Lion (March Comes in Like a Lion) 206

If you haven’t seen it, check out our release of volume 17! It goes up to the magazine of equivalent of 201 and it took a ton of work to finish.

Man, I went and checked and this is the first chapter since early December. It really has been a while. There were multiple times since then where the magazine and website listed 3-Gatsu no Lion as being in the next issue and it just wasn’t. Well anyhow now begins the arc of the match between Shimada VS Kiriyama. This chapter just ends with a “continues next time” so there’s no 3-Gatsu in the very next issue, but in theory the next chapter will be around a month from now but we’ll see. In the meantime we’re still working on DRCL volume 4 and the beginning of Division Chief Shima volume 8.

The JOJOLands Ch. 13

Hey everybody, quick content warning. This chapter contains: forced-feminization, psychological torture, sexual assault, gender dysphoria, self-loathing, broken marriages, childhood trauma, childhood guilt, arson, and probably a bunch of other stuff I don’t know the name of. (This sort of thing is pretty par-the-course for the stuff our group works on at this point but I figured I’d mention it here cause it’s kind of a lot. Though this is all pretty tame compared to The Book: Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure 4th Another Day which I hope you all read.) Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!

We just released Shima volume 7 and we just started on volume 8. We’re working on DRCL volume 4 still. And next month The JOJOLands comes out on April 19th Japan time, same as usual. Volume 3 is set to come out at the same time so we’ll be working on our HQ scanlation of that once it’s available. Also there SHOULD be a 3-Gatsu no Lion chapter this week, fingers crossed it’s actually in the magazine this time. That’s it for now, see ya later!

Division Chief Shima Kо̄saku Volume 7

The past is never dead. It’s not even past.

Folks, we’ve made it past the half-way point of the Division Chief arc. Holy shit. We’ve come such a long way. Oh also this is the first one we’ve done were we used the scanned zenshuu raws for ALL of the black and white pages. Previously we only did it for pages that looked kind of awful in the digital raws. Not sure if we’ll keep that up or not (and at a point the digital raws stop being over-leveled and look normal and are at good resolution) but we’ll probably keep doing it for a bit.

Ssssso there was no 3-Gatsu no Lion in the last issue of Young Animal despite the preceding issue’s next-issue-preview page saying there would be. Supposedly there’s one in the next issue, but I dunno what’s going on over there because this has happened multiple times now. And there’s a new Jojo next week and we’re still working on #DRCL midnight children volume 4. That’s about it. I hope you enjoy this folks, this volume’s one of the great ones (They’re all great but maybe this one is particularly great?).
