All right, this is done. Like I said, we didn’t have a decent raw to use. Our regular guy didn’t scan it because he was busy over the holidays and then didn’t even do it later. And the only public raws were too low-res to use. We eventually got raws from Neozero. So thanks to him.

Rufi’s harddrive crashed or something and just told me today, so now all of the sudden I need to translate the Gintama chapter from scratch, so I’ll be working on that.

Jump goes back to its regular schedule starting next week, by the way.

Ok, this is finally done. I had problems with my computer, plus we were busy over the holidays, plus this chapter is full of stuff that’s difficult to be sure you’re translating right, making the checking take forever.

We don’t have any raws for Jump issue 5-6 yet, for the same reasons of people being busy during the holidays, but should get them soon we think. There’s no Jump next week anyhow, so it’s not like we’d fall behind with this week’s being a few days later.

I’ve had finals every day, before which I had final projects. So we don’t have last week’s Gintama done yet. I’ll work on getting that done, now that I’ve finally got free time. The other guys are working on this week’s. Also, there’s supposed to be no Jump next week. Because this week is combined issue 3-4 of Jump.
If you’re not familiar with how this works in previous years, it goes:
Jump Issue 3-4 -> Week off -> Jump Issue 5-6 -> Week off -> Jump Issue 7.
But sometimes we just get issues 3-4 and 5-6 in a row and then two weeks off. So that might happen. I’ll be working on Gintama regardless, now I can get back to working on volumes.

Apparantly the apiljuce.com site will be down for a few days, and should be back around the 20th. So use another source until then.

This took some time because I needed to sleep. Because if humans don’t sleep they die, it turns out. Ooook.

Edit: There was a small mistake with the typsetting, I updated everything so it should be fixed now.
And don’t worry about me, I just had a lot to do all at once because last week’s chapters were late and this week’s were on time. There’re two combined-issues in Jump in December where there’s no issue the next week, so I’ll have plenty of time to rest then.

Okay, so we got raws late and then I had a fuckton to do when we finally got them. Most likely we’re getting raws late because the raw provider’s busy, so whenever he stops being busy then stuff’ll come out earlier in the week like normal. Probably. In the meantime, I have not slept more than 4 hours in 3 days and just spent all night finishing these so they wouldn’t be delayed any longer so I’m going to sleep now.
