Okay, here’s the rest of wide-ban 11! We’re already working on wide-ban 12. Doing a million of these every week is totally exhausting but I’ve been spending most of my free time getting the rest of the series cleaned and typeset and we’ve got a couple people helping now so hopefully we get the rest done smoothly. But now we’ve just got 2 wide-bans left! Not that much in the grand scheme of things, though it’ll probably take till around the end of January probably. There’s 39 chapters to go!

Anyhow, here’s what these chapters are about. They’re all one-off gag chapters.
203: This one’s one of my favorites. This one’s about Takeshi and the gang forming a band. And all the bandmates are like, extremely weird and bizarre and it’s all very silly. I love it.
204: This one’s another great one. It’s the battle of good faces! It’s just chocked full of good faces. Really the faces are the main highlight here, I love them. There’s a million super-memorable faces.
205: This is a fun one, in this they go to a weird bowling alley where they need to bowl a perfect game. But it’s like a weird sorta game where every frame has different rules. It’s pretty fun.
206: This one’s another storybook chapter starring Gon. So it has the same sorta theme as the other ones where the storybook-version of Gon goes through some sort of emotional change. This ain’t the best one but it’s still pretty interesting I thought.
207: This one’s just silly and makes no sense but it’s still pretty fun. This is more in the vein of that Mitsuru’s Resolve chapter where they’re just sorta… doing stuff.
208: And this one is the final of the Old Santa Dude chapters. It’s a pretty heartwarming story about him wanting to deliver a gift to this kid who may or may not exist.

So, okay. We’re almost at the end now. Just to give you some perspective, we’ve got 9 more gag chapters, then the Barbarian Arc which is 25 chapters, then 3 gag chapters at the end, and the series is done. So I hope you’ve nearly got your fill of gag chapters because the Barbarian arc is almost entirely serious and has basically no gags at all. We may get up to it next week depending on how things go.
