Here we are, volume 8! Man, 8 volumes already. It feels like it’s flying by sometimes despite the fact that it’s a monthly manga so it comes out way slower than any of the weekly series we’ve worked on. As usual this is the final version of these, scanned from the tankoubons, and has more image on the tops and bottoms of the page and all of the bonus pages and all of Araki’s changes. He changes a bunch of screentones in this one compared to the original.
Ok so besides that, I’m working on finishing up translating the extras in the remaining Gintama volumes. There’s not too many left and then we’re just checking them over and trying to fix any mistakes I didn’t see when cleaning/redrawing them. And I’ve done a few chapters of Director Shima volume 7, I’m doing that a little at a time. Mainly I’m trying to finish this Gintama project. Besides that, the next The JOJOLands comes out May 19th and volume 9 comes out in the summer.

There’s around 7 volumes left, and once those are all done we’ll probably get the remaining volumes out pretty fast. There may or may not be a 3-Gatsu no Lion chapter in the issue coming out this week? It said at one point that there was on the “next issue preview page” back in April but now it’s not there so maybe not. Also I’m working on Shima volume 7.
