Okay, whew, volume 48! Just 2 volume versions left. I wrote a recap of what’s going on with this project here.

So the story is basically the same as the last one. I’m working on fixing up high-res versions of the ones we released as volumes before, so V73-77 (so all the way to the end is done) and then V33-35 (because we did those more recently in 2018, so they require fewer changes) and then V36-45 (which are much older and need a lot more revising). All that seems like a lot but it’s like 2-3 days of work per volume and there are 18 of them so it’s not too huge a thing, and they’re all partially done. It’s essentially running scripts and then checking things that got screwed up by the scripts and then manually doing stuff like the missing inline SFX. So yeah that’s what’s going on now. Teppy is doing final checks of the last couple magazine-version-only volumes.

This volume’s got uhhh Kagura’s giant boyfriend arc, a thing about ninja licenses, and the beginning of the Planet Excaliburian arc. It’s all standard stuff mainly just fixes, updating fonts, extras, SFX, etc. We changed “Senbee” to “Senbei” same as how we used to spell “Kyuubei” as “Kyuubee” because it seems like the more common way to romanize that long e sound is “ei” even if “ee” is technically also correct.

Also, we have a Discord! Come hang out and talk about manga. https://discord.gg/Nw45rfJYZF
